Returns & Refund Policy – Fresh Couture

28 Day Returns

You have 28 days from the date your order arrives to return any item.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must not be worn, and must include tags, original packaging, and be in resellable condition

• Returns postage is covered by the customer

• Please allow up to 7 working days for your return to be processed

Note:

• Underwear and socks are non-refundable due to hygiene reasons

• Sale items are non-refundable — if returned, a credit note will be issued instead

Extended Holiday Returns

To make holiday gifting easier, we’re extending our refund period for the Christmas season. Any orders purchased during the holiday period can be returned up until 9th January, provided they meet our standard return conditions.
This gives you plenty of time to exchange or return Christmas gifts - no stress, no rush.

How to Return

Please send your item(s) back to the address below, including a note with your order number and reason for return.

We recommend keeping a record of the return tracking number, as we are not responsible for lost parcels.
The cost of the return must be covered by the customer.
